REBT can be beneficial for just about anyone. Everyone has his
or her own problems. General problems that can be worked at include
adjustment problems, assertiveness, relationship issues, feelings
of guilt or anxiety and depression to name but a few.
More severe problems such as anorexia, drug or alcohol addiction
and obsessive compulsive disorders can be helped too, but a more
intensive behavioral approach is recommended at the same time, often
under the guidance of a psychiatrist as these disorders can have
a medical component too.
